From the written evidences in inscription,which uses letters Prenagari and Sanskrit Language, which mentions about the teachers who succeeded in persuading Maharaja Tejahpurana Panangkarana to built a scared building for Tara Goddess and a monastery for holy priests.

Kalasan temple restoration carried out in 1927-1929 by a dutch named van Romondt. The result of the restoration is an information such as high of Kalasan Temple : 34 m, long : 45 m and width : 45 m.
